FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Property Management Team - Oregon and Washington

We're looking to hire an Onsite Property Management Team for our manufactured home communities throughout Washington and Oregon.

Qualifications

* Some computer literacy is necessary, including working knowledge of Office 365 and becoming proficient with our property management software.
* Have the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. This job requires solid verbal skills and the ability to listen and understand.
* Must possess strong attention to detail
* Reliable and Dependable
* Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
* Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to be optimistic under all circumstances
* Participate in training to comply with new or existing landlord-tenant and manufactured home community laws

* Experience with or knowledge about the Manufactured Housing Industry is a plus.

All Basic Utilities Paid, Basic Internet and cable, Monthly Salary. Mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities.
