We are seeking a full-time, experienced onsite Motel Manager (Couple Preferred) to oversee all aspects of our motel operations, just 2 miles from the beach. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

Foster strong guest relationships and uphold our reputation through exceptional customer service

Oversee staff performance, training, and scheduling

Monitor and improve business performance, with a focus on increasing occupancy and profitability

Manage vendor and community partner relationships

Ensure compliance with city regulations and industry best practices

Identify opportunities to improve operations and implement solutions
