Join Dahn Corporation as a Mobile Home Management Team for JRB Communities. We have been managing Self Storage and Mobile Home communities for over 40 years.
We have an immediate position for a motivated and independent TEAM with MHP experience. We are seeking a team to apply together as full time manager and part time assistant TEAM in Minot, ND.
The Management Team is offered:
Great hours – weekdays / day shift only
Two weeks paid Vacation after one year

Position Summary: The ideal candidates will have strong sales and communication skills. Previous property management or MHP experience preferred. This is a very active position that requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency, a willingness to solve problems and offer solutions! Primary responsibilities, include but not limited to: sales, marketing, advertising, collections, communicate with maintenance contractors, resident relations, and expense control for assigned Communities. They must have ability to multi-task with high energy and be proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and publisher).
Essential Functions:
· Show and sell new and used homes
· Execute and carry out marketing and advertising plans
· Collect rent and process notices for multiple properties
· Maximize Community occupancy
· Professionally resolve resident concerns
· Provide hands-on leadership and management to maintenance contractors.
· Maintain a positive Community environment and improve the quality of the communities.
· Communicate with the Corporate Office, on a daily basis
· Manage policies and procedures and process accurate monthly reports.
· Protect and maintain Company assets. Control expenses. Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management.
