Sand Springs Children's Home seeks energetic, fun-loving, and relational married couples to serve as Houseparents. The mission of the Sand Springs Home is to continue to carry out the philanthropic work of Charles Page by serving the needs of children who are without a happy, healthy family. This live-in, full-time, salaried position includes housing, medical/dental insurance for you and your family, retirement benefits and salary.

Qualifications:
-High school Diploma or equivalent
-Teachable
-Team Oriented
-Good human relations skills
-Current valid Driver's license
-Clean driving record
-Pass background investigation

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide nurturing and comfort for the children
-Participate with the children in all aspects of cottage life (cooking, cleaning, etc.)
-Attend church with the cottage on Sundays and Wednesdays
-Attend weekly staff meetings
-Train children in life skills, working with them and teaching by example
-Supervise the children and know their locations at all times, especially on outings
-Help with homework, and communicate with teachers, and administrators concerning school work
-Transport children to school functions, work, medical appointments, and outside activities
-Communicate with the team on all major issues or occurrences
