Applicants who have 5+ years of experience in managing and running a hotel and who are prepared to run a hotel, which includes working at the front desk, will be considered. Since we only have 25 rooms, you will wear many hats! As this is an innkeeper couple, we are searching for the other half of the coin as well, and that is someone to manage and complete the maintenance needs for the hotel.

In a Summary, Your Top Priorities and Responsibilities for Hotel Management:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Collaborate with the owner on financial planning, including budgeting and analysis
• Develop strategies and activities to drive hotel revenue
• Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability
• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Foster strong relationships with guests and clients
• Establish and maintain partnerships with vendors
• Introduce and implement innovative ideas
