We need a capable couple to operate a 40-room interior-corridor hotel year round in Buffalo, Missouri.  Duties include hiring, training, and supervision of 8-person staff; housekeeping management; light maintenance; front desk shifts; pool maintenance;  Position includes base salary plus profit sharing/bonus, and studio apartment on-property including all utilities.

Our principals own numerous properties, including other lodging venues, so there's room for growth.
