FEATURED JOB OPENING: Full Time Roving Team for Self Storage and Mobile Home Parks - Multiple Locations

Join Mini U Storage, one of the Top Self Storage Operators in the nation!  We have an opening for a Two Person Team to travel year-round nationwide in their OWN RV/Trailer to manage self-storage facilities and Mobile Home Parks during management changes, training and vacations.  We require customer service, sales and admin experience.  Team must apply together.  

We offer:  Guaranteed monthly salary:  $2500 if you are working or not; Team must be ready to drive to a job within 24 hours of assignment. When assigned to a location, $18 per hour, per person, 8 hours per day; Group Medical Insurance offered after 60 days; Mileage paid when driving to/from a site; Paid travel time (for the driver); Great hours – work day shift only. 

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of Self Storage facility or Mobile Home Park. Customer service, take payments using software program, Maintain an exceptionally clean facility (sweeping, snow blower, mopping, etc.), obtain vendor bids and inspect work, interview & train new Teams. Truck rentals on site.
