20-room historic motor lodge one block from the beach and located in the heart of the entertainment district is seeking full-time couple to run the motel's daily operations, including guest services, front desk, laundry, room inspections, and maintenance responsibilities. No cooking, housekeeping, or bookkeeping. We provice a boutique experience for our guests--you must thrive on providing an excellent guest experience in a fun, laid-back atmosphere! Hours and schedule negotiable. On call overnight for guest emergencies, but no late-night room rentals.

Accommodations provided onsite: private bedroom and bath with balcony, kitchen and living room attached to downstairs office. Salary and benefits negotiable based on previous experience, insurance needs, and work schedule. Dec/Jan 2026 start date.
