FEATURED JOB OPENING: Couple for Cabin Cleaning & Maintenance - Idaho Springs, CO

Seeking clean, mature & quiet couple to live on property, and assist with daily cleaning (the majority of duties will be cleaning), laundry, misc repairs, property maintenance, emergencies, and infrequent guest needs. Are one of you more skilled in construction/repairs/remodeling? That would be ideal, but not required. Includes 100% paid full housing with utilities and internet. Lodging is a 1 bedroom apartment, with deck overlooking the creek (approx 800 sqft.), on the second floor. Prefer no pets, but will consider for exceptional applicants.

Pay is $2,000/month per person ($4,000 total) for each person working 35-39 hours per week (typically more hours in the summer, less in the winter).
