Then we want to speak with you TODAY! We are currently seeking SELF STORAGE MANAGEMENT TEAM for a 550 unit self storage facility with 250 RV spaces, propane and RV dump station in the Denver, CO area.

SELF STORAGE EXPERIENCE and possible RV Boat storage and a proven track record of successful self storage management is a must! This position is available immedidately!

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing team who is experienced in self storage and preferably WinSen software, has a firm grip on the day to day operations of a storage facility, can make sound business decisions, offers excellent customer service, has professional telephone sales skills, is well organized, be good at collections and physically able to perform general maintenance duties on the lot year round. We are NOT looking for caretakers, we are looking for a PROFESSIONAL STORAGE MANAGER TEAM! Experience in RV/Boat Storage and propane sales and RV dumping is very helpful!

Must be able to provide verifiable employment references and be able to pass a background check and preferably be able to interview in person. This position includes a nice large 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, competitive salary plus bonuses and partial payment of insurance.
