Caretaker Couple for Farm/Estate in Carson Valley - Genoa, NV

Full Servive Caretakers for small repairs and cleaning.  Be able to follow instructions and make daily written reports via existing form.  Be computer literate.  Be inclined to ask questions before guessing about methods and procedure.  Be able to constructively manage outside workers.

Be able to operate large Bob Cat with large array of accesory implements.  Be familar with hand and and power tools - large shop with tools for all trades.

Be ablle to do professional level deep cleaning and be sensitive to maintaining tidy estate with many outbuildings, so daily walk around required.

Need prior experience with references for this type of position and work.  Prefer couple who is "organic" and wants to grow personal food and live in a healthy manner.

Private stand alone furnished 2 small bedroom cottage with modern kitchen available to live on site.  Many outdoor opportunities here at Lake Tahoe and surrounding area.

There is green house and indoor hydroponic room for year round veggies and flower growing as well as huge outdoor gardeneing space for personal and onsite consumption.
