55+ Mobile Home Community Management - Redding CA

55+ community Management position available. This will be an entry level position with room to grow. We have an onsite staff that you will be working alongside. Applicant needs to be hard working, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Must be a team player, have common sense, and discretion. 

Responsibilities will include:
Experience with Rent Manager or any other property management software (like AppFolio, Yardi, or QuickBooks)
Comfortable with creating and sending rent statements, late notices, and reports.
Able to create documents and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, Excel, or Google Sheets)
Comfortable sending out mass emails, printing notices, and maintaining resident files.
Experience in all of these areas are not required but are preferred. We have on site staff to train you if needed.

Also, we have a Maintenance position available
Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including, debris removal, winterizations, and lawn maintenance, light cleaning and moping. You will be dealing with resident issues. Possibly pool cleaning.

Full-time and part-time available. 
This would be a perfect opportunity for a couple.
