Looking for a front desk/ help and day to day operational staff or couple for a 50-unit independent boutique hotel, may rebrand to a franchise in the future, located just an hour outside of San Antonio, TX in a quaint little town. Must be fluent in English.
Job duties include minor maintenance i.e. changing light bulbs, reprograming electronic locks when necessary, making sure supplies are stocked, working closely with the housekeeping team and aiding when possible. (*making rooms will not be necessary). Tending the front desk and managing reservations and RevPAR, as well as problem solving whenever situations arise.
