Must Have: Clean License /Owner will do background check Lawn mowing/weeding skills Power washing Be able to change a lightbulb & general repairs Painting ,Woodworking skills (sanding ,restaining)
Housing:$350.00 month (Depending on Larger Projects) Rent will be offset 2 bedroom 2 Bath Apartment All utilities included
