Experienced live-in managing couple wanted to manage and maintain 50 room motel in southern Ontario. Accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:

Prior motel management and maintenance experience required
Willing to relocate to motel (accommodation and utilities provided)
Proven track record of sales improvement and cost reductions
Mature and professional in all dealings with guests, staff and other business relationships
Good computer skills (reservation software, MS Office)
Healthy and able to perform physical and maintenance work as required of a typical motel
Flexibility and availability to deal with business and operational issues

Duties:

Front desk duties (both shift work and supervision)
General maintenance and cleaning of property and equipment
Office and staff administration to ensure smooth operations, process and policy compliance
Professional and friendly guest service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Marketing and promoting business to attract new customers
