We are looking for a mature experienced management couple to manage and reside on our facilty in Columbia, South Carolina.

Skills Required::

Must be able to work with upper management team.
Must be to possess a Professional, friendly,can do attitude. Excellent Customer Service skills, must be a Team Player and accept new challenges.
Must have proficient computer experience, Microsoft office, word, excel, etc.
Must reside in apartment on property.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
Must have reliable transportation and valid SCDL

Responsibilities:

Renting Storage Units - access the best rate and unit size for the customers needs. (Customer comes first attitude)
Collection Calls
Making daily deposits
Face to face Marketing in the local community.
Reporting to District Manager and or upper management team.
Property clean up, trash pick up, cleaning of storage units, light maintenance duties. Must be able to physically maintain property
Some maintenance / handy man skills required. mudding, taping, patching drywall, replacing drywall, etc.
