Resident couple management team needed at 800+ unit facility in east Raleigh. Benefits include two bedroom, one bath apartment with all utilities included, group health insurance, paid vacation. Work 5 days a week staffing office, cleaning and maintaining property, renting units, collections. Property consists of conventional and climate controlled units, all ground floor.
