Seasonal Live-In Innkeeper Couple for B&B - Anchorage, AK

Position Summary
The live-in innkeeper couple will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the B&B during the 2026 season. This role requires strong hospitality management experience, organizational skills, and the ability to consistently deliver a high level of guest service. The innkeeper couple will report directly to the Owner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage guest services, including reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest communications.
• Daily housekeeping and room turnover.
• Plan, prepare, and cook, and serve daily breakfast for up to approximately 10 guests.
• Maintain property standards in common areas.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports.
• Ensure smooth, efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience, preferably as innkeepers.
• Proficiency in cooking or meal preparation for small groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
