General Duties: Work with and follow instructions from the GM or MP Multitask when necessary. Customer Service: Effectively communicate with people to build confidence and trust and resolve customer concerns. Use friendly and professional phone skills. Provide friendly and professional service to angry or difficult customers.
Office/Clerical: Correctly use computer with Microsoft Office including Word,Excel, the storage software-( Webselfstorage) Check emails and reply to emails (Check emails at least two times a day and reply promptly).
Property Maintenance: Walk around and inspect units daily for damage, trash, open doors. Inspect and clean units if needed after units are vacated. Perform basic minor maintenance. We will provide detailed job description and duties.
