Property Caretaker and a Housekeeper for Chateau in France

Hi, we have a Guardian and a Housekeeper position open in castle in Loir Valley, Central France. We would consider Guardian and Housekeeper separately, or as a working couple. Here is the description: 

Responsibilities
• Doing household chores (Housekeeper)
• Manage stocks of cleaning products. (Housekeeper)
• Washing, ironing and storage of household and family linen. (Housekeeper)
• Shopping for food and other supplies. (Housekeeper and Guardian)
• Table setting and non-formal table service. (Housekeeper)
• Report technical problems or equipment malfunctions.(Housekerper and Guardian)
• DIY and small repairs, general maintenance ( Guardian)
• Garden maintenance (mowing, pruning, weeding, sweeping, wood storage, etc.).(Guardian)
• Maintenance of the swimming pool, technical room, terraces and garden furniture.(Guardian)
• Bringing wood for the fireplaces, looking after fireplaces in winter (Guardian)
• Maintain vehicles (interior and exterior) and follow up on maintenance logbooks.
• Driver for family and/or guests (airport transfers).
• Caring for dogs on demand.
• Management of the expenditure budget with collection of receipts.
• Reporting to the owner.
• Property Monitoring.

Requirements
• Basic building and gardening skills.

 Ability to work with equipment and care for equipment.
• Dynamic, autonomous and committed people.
• Sense of service with good listening skills.
• Confidentiality assured to the family.
• Language skills are desirable but not necessary
• Driver's license required for the guardian and a couple.
• Familiar with pets.
Work conditions: full time, housing provided, trial period is two months.
