Management Team wanted for 55+ mobile home community in the Redding,CA area. Must be hands on! Responsible for all property maintenance ( plumbing, electrical, landscaping, construction, etc.) and office management (Word, Excel, bookkeeping, letter/notice writing, work order scheduling, sales and marketing, interface with residents, suppliers, Park owners, etc.) Excellent reasoning anc communication skils a must!
