Live in Property Hosts - Thomasville, GA

A unique opportunity to live and work on one of the Red Hills' most beautiful hospitality properties.

 We are seeking a friendly, dependable couple to become our Live-In Property Hosts, helping us care for our family owned property in South Georgia while creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

This is a long-term opportunity for a couple who enjoys hospitality, beautiful outdoor spaces, and being part of a growing business.

The Opportunity

The selected couple will live in a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located on the  property. Together, they will provide a welcoming on-site presence, assist with guest stays and events, help oversee the property's appearance, and coordinate with our service providers.

We envision each partner bringing different strengths to the role.

Property & Land Operations

Monitor the condition of the homes, grounds, and outdoor spaces

Perform routine property walkthroughs

Coordinate with landscaping, pool, cleaning, and maintenance vendors

Handle light property maintenance and limited tractor operation (such as light mowing, moving materials, and driveway upkeep)

Communicate maintenance needs to ownership

Guest Experience, Marketing & Events

Welcome and assist guests during rentals and special events

Help prepare homes and outdoor spaces for arrivals

Coordinate with cleaning and event vendors

Capture photos and short videos of the property, seasonal beauty, and events

Assist with social media content, event follow-up, and guest communications

We're Looking For

A couple who enjoys working together

Friendly, organized, and self-motivated individuals

Experience in hospitality, property care, customer service, event support, or marketing is a plus

Comfortable living on a rural property and being available during busy rental and event weekends

One partner should be comfortable operating a tractor and handling light equipment

Compensation

Private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on the property

Housing provided as part of the compensation package

Additional compensation to be discussed based on experience, responsibilities, and schedule
