Live-in Hotel Manager Couple - Alamosa, CO

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on couple to live on-site and manage the daily operations of the Quality Inn in Alamosa, Colorado. A private one-bedroom manager’s apartment is provided at the hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a couple who enjoys working together, taking ownership of a property, and creating a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations
• Provide friendly and professional guest service
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Coordinate front desk and housekeeping coverage
• Supervise, support, and train hotel employees
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness
• Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues
• Monitor supplies and submit ordering requests
• Perform or coordinate minor maintenance
• Ensure hotel policies and Quality Inn brand standards are followed
• Communicate regularly with the ownership and corporate management team

Qualifications:

• Hotel, motel, apartment, or property management experience is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable supervising employees and addressing guest concerns
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness for both individuals to participate in hotel operations
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
