We are looking for a Top Shelf Management Couple for a world-class resort on a Private Island in the Bahamas. Must have at least 5 years experience managing a reputable 5 Star Game Lodge or Resort. Must be able to work long hours and live in a remote location.
It is imperative that one of the couple has Boating experience. Captain’s license a plus.
The couple will be responsible for the following:

Overseeing the smooth running of all departments.

Daily Management meetings.

Make sure the Island is managed in a financially sound manner.

Negotiate with contractors.

Deal with all contractors when they are on site and check on their work.

Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Help with boat transfers when needed.

Host guests and help the F&B department with service.

Interact with guests and liase regarding daily activities.

Make sure that guests receive a world-class experience.

Do boat trips with guests to neighboring Islands.
