WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a professional couple to join our team for the season!
We are located along Highway 101 in California among the Redwood trees and along the Eel River. Only an hour to the coast, 15 minutes from old growth forests and minutes from hiking trails and river exploration. This is a great place for couples who love the outdoors whether you are going on long hikes, kayaking or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The adjacent property is a historic Inn with a restaurant and lounge which is another beautiful location.
We need summer workers. Usually, one person works the front desk and the second works outdoors maintenance and janitorial. We have a base team but need extra help during the summer. Will schedule days off together. This is a 40 hour per week job for each person and is very much a job which requires full hearing, sight, the physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, reach over head, kneel, be on your feet several hours per day and walk a distance. Job descriptions are listed below.
Hourly pay is $11.50 per hour, per person. This is a seasonal job that starts sometime in April or early May and goes until some time in October. RV space rent is $345 per month in a site designated by the park, or small studio cottages are available to rent for $600 per month, mostly furnished. Other benefits include one meal per day that you work and a variety of discounts both at the park and at the Inn.
