FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Managers - Frederick, CO

We are now hiring a Responsible person or team to work 40 hrs. a week. An on-site residence may be available, but not guaranteed. Please indicate in your cover letter if you are interested in the on-site residence.

Must be able to work Weekends.

Looking for Ideal Candidates with Positive, Friendly and Outgoing Personality. Web SelfStorage or other Storage Software experience a Plus.
Duties include but not limited to:
Clean units as vacated, hallways and grounds as needed, clean office and restrooms daily.
Maintain a clean, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual and daily inspections.
General Management of the office including, renting units, selling and maintaining moving and packing supplies, renting U-Haul trucks & trailers. Professionally handling Telephone and Walk in inquires.

Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation are required in order to perform essential functions of this job.
When not working in the office the Manager will spend time walking and tending the Property to ensure the facility is kept to the highest cleanliness standards.

Applicants must have a clean Criminal History and be able to pass a Drug Test. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and hook up U-Haul trailers. Salary based on experience.
