FEATURED JOB OPENING: RV & Mobilehome Park Assistant Managers/Manager Needed - Grover Beach, CA

Sunny Central California Coast – Grover Beach, CA – Where the sand & sun are just steps away from your front door!

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, self-motivated couple, or individual, to help assist our on-site management team.  Applicants must have their own housing (RV, Trailer, etc.) as none will be provided. 

These individuals must possess the following skills:

• Customer Service (ability to communicate with others, problem solve, demonstrate patience and understanding)

• Must be outgoing and courteous.

• The ability to greet guests, provide information about the local area and take reservations both in person and online.

• Office skills, including but not limited to:  Basic knowledge of the computer, excellent telephone skills, excellent written and oral communication.

Professional appearance and demeanor are both required.

Job Type:  Part-time/Full-time

Pay:  From $16.00 per hour

Office Duties:

• Assist office manager with day-to-day clerical tasks including:  taking reservations, answering phones, filing documents/maintaining records, sending/responding to emails, bookkeeping, collecting/processing rents and payments, delivering resident notices, assisting guests/residents, etc.

Outside Duties:

• Assist grounds manager with outside work including:  cleaning restroom and shower areas, cleaning/maintaining dog park, completing minor landscaping, etc.

Schedule:

• Day shift (no nights)
• Monday through Friday (weekend hours available as well)
