Live-In Hotel Management Couple – 27-Room Super 8

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on couple to live on-site and manage the daily operations of a 27-room Super 8 hotel. A private one-bedroom manager’s apartment is provided at the hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a couple who enjoys working together, taking ownership of a property, and creating a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations

Provide friendly and professional guest service

Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

Coordinate front desk and housekeeping coverage

Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness

Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues

Monitor supplies and submit ordering requests

Perform or coordinate minor maintenance

Ensure hotel policies and Super 8 brand standards are followed

Communicate regularly with the ownership and corporate management team

Qualifications:

Hotel, motel, apartment, or property management experience is preferred but not required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Comfortable handling guest concerns and day-to-day operational challenges

Basic computer skills

Willingness for both individuals to participate in hotel operations

Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
