Believing that people want to be comfortable, relax and entertained when they stay at a hotel on pleasure or business, Pacific Reef has developed a vision for a Southern Oregon Coast themed hospitality product that sits on 6 acres of oceanfront land in Gold Beach, Oregon.  Through the use of an incredible Beach Front setting, distinctive architecture, stylish interior and commissioned art we have created the number one Oceanfront lodging property on the Southern Oregon Coast.  Guests are treated to a comfortable, unique and uplifting experience.

We are seeking dynamic, experienced and energetic Guest Experience Directors to lead the Pacific Reef Team.  The Guest Experience Directors will report to the owner and/or representative.  The couple will need to be experienced in Hotel Operation (Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering) as well as familiarity with Marketing/Sales strategies and Revenue management.

Guest Experience Directors Expectations
-  Active Leader that will lead and work with hotel staff members.
-  Actively work front desk.
-  Protect and enhance the value of hotel assets .
-  Maintain credit policies in sales, reservations, and front desk.  
-  Promote a positive work environment for team members.
-  Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are fully implemented.
-  Ensure and maintain communication with owner.
-  Anything else that management deems necessary to ensure that the business prospers.
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Hospitality Management Experience is Required
