FEATURED JOB OPENING: Domestic Couple/ Ranch/ - Batesville, TX

We are looking for a domestic couple to help on a RANCH in South Texas with previous agricultural experience. We hope to find someone with various skills who can help with ranch duties, driving, light administrative work, and housekeeping. The property is 5,000+ acres. The main house is 11,000 square feet. You would be living off-site in a smaller 3-bedroom home. You need a valid driver's license and vehicle. 

Responsibilities:

Care for land 

Hire and supervise outside labor and vendors

Minor Fence repair 

Understanding how to operate farm equipment (tractor, lawn mower) 

Create budgets, plans and maintain records

Organize and maintain tools and equipment

Perform basic security and surveillance

Driving the client to where he needs to go

Be on call for emergencies large and small

Housekeeping and light cooking for one individual

Ideal skills and experience:

Prior land, garden, tree care, and irrigation system experience

Competence in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and operating, maintaining, and repairing farm equipment

Understanding of maintenance of animal pens

Computer literacy

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Must pass a full background check and have a clean driving record
