Couples Caretaking Position for a property in Placerville, CO, approximately 30 minutes from Telluride—salary, commensurate with experience and availability; auto and housing provided. Please send your CV and any other helpful information.
Job responsibilities include housekeeping and laundry, daily when owners are present, which is approximately 5 to 6 months each year. Additional duties involve snow removal, yard care, property maintenance, caring for dog(s), bidding on projects, supervising work, and handling all general repairs. Also required are airport pick-ups, errands, and other driving tasks, as well as maintaining all autos and property equipment (tractors, snowblowers, etc.) in clean and good repair.
