Responsibilities include maintaining 4 houses and multiple vehicles, operating a 25 ft powerboat between the mainland and the island (30 minute trip), maintaining grounds, grocery shopping and house cleaning. Candidates must have basic mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills sufficient for maintenance and minor repairs. Boating experience required. Great communication and people skills are essential.
Great opportunity for a couple wanting to live on a beautiful island. Must be comfortable with living on a barrier island without stores or other business and traveling by boat for 30 minutes to reach all shopping and other needs.
