Farm Caretakers - Harrodsburg, KY

AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!! Farm Caretaker wanted for gorgeous historic farm near Lexington, KY. Seeking a responsible person or couple to live full-time at small historic farm (12 acre). In exchange for duties, free housing is provided in a renovated two bedroom cottage with modern kitchen with top appliances, bathroom and laundry room. Cottage is located on farm property.

Duties include home and property maintenance, mowing, yard work, meeting vendors, acquisition of supplies, feed & hay, and care of 3 horses. Ability to work and restore dry stone fences is a plus. Main farm house recently restored and new barn built on property six years ago. Position requires approximately 15 hours a week at the peak summer season and less during the winter. Must speak English. Must have experience caring for horses. Farm, Land and Horse management experience is a plus. Keeping a neat and clean property is a must. Ideal position for retired couple or individual. Position allows hire to hold an additional, full-time job, if required.
