Couple - Area Sales Managers- DC/MD/VA - Seeking an Area Sales and Training Manager Couple for the DMV Market. We are NOT looking for a couple who want to be in sales their whole life. We are looking for co-leaders who will show and grow and groom a sales team.
We are looking to IMMEDIATELY hire 3 to 5 business-minded couples to help grow a new agency in the DMV market. We are a successful and driven agency with offices located throughout the US. We train our partners to sell at a high level, while building and managing multi-million-dollar agencies.
Our company has been going and growing by leaps and bounds. We are in the Mortgage Protection, Final Expense and Retirement Income business. In summary, we protect families' financial wellbeing during a life crisis and safe money for retirement. Our industry growth has allowed our company to flourish and with that comes expansion.
Our company strives to source and seek out couples and individuals who truly care about the families that we protect. We are not looking for those couples who seek only their own financial gain. In our industry and in our company, there is much financial gain to be had, but protecting and educating families is at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for outgoing; natural leaders; with a past track record of success; an entrepreneurial mindset; want to make a positive and lasting impact in life; and want to get paid what they're worth. We are also looking for a couple who is interested to move into a regional management position within 3-6 months.
Direct sales experience is a plus, but not required. First year avg. compensation based on a 30 hr. per week work schedule is $65,000-90,000, not including bonuses and paid vacations.
Experience in our field is not necessary to work with our company. We offer a phenomenal training program that consists of both comprehensive classroom and in-field training. Your success is our number 1 goal.

$60K-$80K average first year earning potential for sales reps (Comission position)
$91K-$124K average first year earning potential for sales managers (Comission position)
