A beautiful 55+ resort in Arizona is looking for Activities Director couple to oversee our Activities Program and Team. This is a year-round position.
Purpose: To bring together a team of mature, dependable employees able to achieve an experience our residents and guests will love to encounter.
Responsibilities: according to position. Planning or implementing a full array of activities including dances, entertainment, meals, banquets, potlucks and vendor fairs. Determine staffing levels and communicate with clients to ensure success of the events. Liaison between amenities groups and resort management to enable smoothflow to assigned amenities.
Qualifications according to position: Customer service, Excel, Quickbooks, Publisher, and capability to maintain department records. Skills in training, organizing, and planning.
This is a salary position. You will need your own RV and a site will be provided.
