HIGH-END PRIVATE ESTATE/Ranch Manager

A PROFESSIONAL Result-driven Property Manager is needed at one of British Columbia’s most pristine and privately owned historical ranches.

Your main goal is to manage smooth-running ranch utilities so the Family can enjoy it as if it was a 5 star resort accommodation.

Your duties will include as an example:

- Full responsibility for Ranch facilities operations

- Keeping the grounds & buildings exceptionally maintained and clean

- Providing support and services for the property owner, his family and their guests

- Ensuring that efficient systems (electrical, irrigation, plumbing, etc.) are functioning well

- Ranch improvement & construction projects

- Hiring/ Supervision of temporary seasonal workers

You have a successful work experience and skills in work related to high-end property management/maintenance, carpentry, plumbing or electrical engineering, machinery, BUT the most important is your willingness and ability to work hard and get things done. Prior experience as a maintenance manager (or assistant manager) with a boutique or 4/5 star hotel or a private property is definitely a plus but not mandatory.

You are a self-starter, and an efficient person with a keen eye for detail and a do-it-yourself attitude. At the same time, you can contract/supervise/lead other people for larger projects when needed.

Clean background is a must. Authorized to live and work legally in Canada.

A remote Ranch located near the Invermere/Radium Hot Springs area in British Columbia. Contract for 5 years. Separate fully renovated housing provided on the property. We can also provide job for your significant other.

Own transportation is a must - 4 wheel drive Truck (Chains in winter or studded tires).

A valid PAL (or willing to obtain one) is recommended as there can be predators on the premises.
