Job Summary
An Owner Operator of Manufactured Home Communities is seeking an experienced property manager (team) to manage the day to day Operations, Sales & Leasing of our 268 site community located New York. Commissions, onsite housing & utilities are provided.
Responsibilities are:
Resident Relations
Property Maintenance (appearance)
Sales and Leasing of new and used manufactured homes - Increase occupancy
Rent collection - Collection calls, 3% or less delinquency, and including daily depositing
Oversee the collection of rent and eviction process for your community
Oversee capital improvements
Other duties and projects as assigned
Negotiate contracts for home repairs and community expense
Requirements are:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years property management
- Prior sales and leasing experience
- General knowledge of repair and maintenance
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding fair housing and employment law
- Computer proficiency, including the internet and Microsoft Office; experience using Rent Manager is preferred.
- Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours

Salary: $45,000.00 -$50,000.00 /year (combined salary for management team) based on experience
