Job Description: The couple will be resposible for managing the 100 acre parcel, main house and guest house. The ranch has a stocked pond and a chicken coop with 100 egg laying hens. There are several fields for livestock. Wild deer, turkey and dove hunting during the season. There are several fenced fields for cattle. The ranch has all the necessary farm equipment. The property is own by a real estate company for the use of its CEO and guests.

The position requires house keeping, cooking, grounds care, fence mending, cutting the fields, cutting fire wood, house maintenance, managing third party contractors, tending to the chickens, loving Lulu and Ace the ranch dogs,  deer stands, turkey blinds and pond maintance,. The ranch has had horses in the past.

The position includes a 1,500 square foot 3 bedroom 1 bath house with cable, internet and water. Electric service is not included. The house is partially furnished.

The property is 40 minutes from Charlotte, NC and 45 minutes from Columbia, SC off I-77.
