FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Community Manager - Asheville, NC

Great position for someone still wanting to work but not in labor intensive position. No clubhouse, pool or other amenities to deal with. Community is quiet, clean, very well maintained, with hands on owner. Community considered mostly flat excluding slight hill in center. An 80 ft. singlewide 3 bedroom, 2 bath, unfurnished mobile home is provided. The smallest bedroom is used as the office. Also provided are all utilities, cable and a small salary.  No Smoking,No pets and No children.

This is not a labor intensive position nor does it require daily time consumption. As long as one person is on site the other is free to work outside of the home full time or in a work from home position.   

Individuals will be responsible for the overseeing of the property. Including the following:
•    At beginning of month, Rent collections and deposits daily
•    Hand out applications to new residents looking to purchase a home
•    Notify owner of tenant violations.
o    Owner types the violations
o    Manager posts notices
•    Ground maintenance: mowing and weed whack all common areas, around water meters,  around electrical meters and utility poles. Keep water meters free of debris.
•    Shrub cut back in common areas
•    Walk community daily or as needed and keep grounds picked up of debris
•    Other duties as needed

Requirements include the following:
•    Experience in property management industry
•    Computer skills – must provide own computer.
•    Must know MS Office-Excel and Word
•    Ability to work out doors handling push and ride on lawn mower and weed whacker.  Fill dumpster when residents leave debris at bottom or cut up items to get inside dumpster.
•    Professional communication skills - verbal and written
•    Professional communication with all ethnic backgrounds.
•    Must get along with all races, especially Spanish
•    Pass out notices and various reports as requested
•    Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Verification of past employment
•    Spanish a plus but not mandatory

Must live on site -- Housing (un-furnished) and utilities provided
