Fremont - 72 unit property looking for a TEAM to manage leasing and maintenance; 37.5 hours a week; beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment PLUS $3,000 per month PLUS benefits!

We look for TEAMS to manage the maintenance and leasing of our communities including: 
- Leasing: responsible for the daily operation and care of the property including processing rents and administration of reports. 
- Maintenance: responsible for any after hours maintenance issues, turning apartments, painting, minor maintenance including light electrical. Must have own tools.

Seeking self-motivated working couple to manage a beautiful 150 space RV Park.

One person in the office doing all aspects of office work. MUST be friendly and have excellent customer service skills, must be computer literate. Responsibilities include; answering the phone, checking people in,  making reservations on our reservations system (Rez Expert), marketing vacancies, rent collection. Other person outside doing all aspects of property maintenance - cleaning (total of 6 showers, 6 toilets, small laundry room), blowing streets, maintaining utilities, small repairs, etc.
