Vegan Chef and Hospitality Manager - Bolton Valley, VT

This is a small 15 bedroom mountain-top Inn located next to a ski lodge in upper Vermont. We have a fully equiped plant based, animal cruel free kitchen. We also have a  fully furnished charming little dining area that seats about 20-25 people.  We want to attract a couple who will just love this place and see the value of just being able to be here. We want to be known for our fantastic organic vegan meals. We need a vegan chef  who is food artist and kitchen manager.

In addition, we have an opening for a room care-giver to manage our Hospitality Department. Everyone who comes in these doors, falls in love with this beautiful peaceful Inn. We always bring in the most fantastic (low-key) guests who never want to leave this place.  They rave constantly about our cozy environment, comfortable beds, and great vegan meals. Our couple will be enjoyable to live with and are cooperative with the current staff and guests. They will be self directed and will gladly be coachable and effortlessly take direction from our current managers as we strive to establish working and healthy patterns.  We currently have a small an easy going enter-generational residential staff who are non-smoking, clean, healthy, kind, and hard working. The couple we want to attract will want to learn good communication skills with us, will have an attitude of service and stewardship to this land and hotel. This couple will have their own way of practicing kindness and gratitude.  They will live on site in a private room with a king size bed and a private bath. This is a rent free offer. All basic needs are met here. This couple will need no money while being here in service, so please come to us being debt free and having your own source of income.

 There is a rare and wonderful opportuntiy to share the income and ideas with the other managers here at Lotus Mountain Retreat.Together we will grow a thriving and cooperative business. We want to live where the overwhelming control and stress of time traded for money will become out of date, because we believe we are co-creating an established business based on the core contributions of the workers' talents, energy, and mutual respect. When we have our priorities right, the money will easily come to us for everything we need.
