WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are seeking qualified, experienced candidates for this position with an intended start date not later than February 2019, and preferably earlier. We would welcome resumes at anytime, and would want to begin screening and telephone interviews as soon as possible. Final candidates will be offered an opportunity to travel to Denver and meet with members of the search committee, visit the building, etc. in advance of a final decision or offer.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to, ensuring the security of, and overseeing the maintenance of our building and grounds as well as the operating machinery and equipment
Manning the lobby desk between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday dressed appropriately for the character of our building; snow removal using the snow-blower, and or a shovel; scheduling occupancy of the guest suite; enforcing HOA rules and covenants with regard to outside service providers, and contractors, engaged by unit owners; paying bills for the Association (with check signatures by a designated Board member;) keeping the books of the Association with monthly financial statements; assisting with budget preparation; collecting monthly dues and other assessments from unit owners; engaging necessary security personnel for the desk for night and weekend hours; and assisting our unit owners with greeting their guests, delivering to individual residences packages, newspapers, etc, and other help as occasionally needed by them, and responding to emergencies as best possible.
To properly perform these duties, you will need to become totally familiar with all of the operating equipment in our building, and with the various service providers employed by our Association. Additionally you will be responsible for coordinating the work of various contractors working in, or doing major renovations in various units within the building. Our HVAC contractor will provide initial training.
