WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?

We are currently seeking a full-time management team for a Mobilehome Park in Barstow, CA. This family park contains more than 150 mobile home spaces with a number of amenities. The On-site Management team will be responsible for the daily operations of the property while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all employees and residents.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Ability to walk the community daily
Ability to use computer, email and rent collection software
Bank deposits, reconciliation of monthly billing
High level written and verbal communication skills and documentation
Able to work with and understand general plumbing, electric, sewer issues
Responsible for handling emergencies and calling appropriate vendors to service these emergencies when needed
Routinely report updates of the community to Ownership and Management
Prior experience in residential management a plus
Mobilehome and/or apartment management experience is a plus

Position Details:
Valid Driver’s License
Full-Time 40 hours
Housing provided. Must live on property
Compensation is based on experience
Must be able to pass background check
