WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?

Lovely condominium is seeking a full time on-site manager to handle the daily operations of the property.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Vendor management
Monitoring parking
Serving notices
Distributing keys
Janitorial duties include taking out garbage, vacuuming, cleaning of lobby and lobby restrooms.
Must be able to perform minor repairs.
Landscaping
Maintaining the pool
Maintaining the cleanliness of the property, trash area and parking lot
Assisting homeowners
Acting as a liaison between homeowners, management company and residents
40 hours per week

General Guidelines
Read and be conversant with the Declaration, By Laws, House Rules and know their applications. Enforce clearly defined Rules as adopted by the HOA or when in doubt, contact the association manager as to possible violations of residents. Generally, maintain courteous and respectful relations with all unit owners and residents. Take direction for the Association Manager and the Board of Directors only, except in the case of an emergency or when the manager is not available.

Housing included plus $2000.00 salary
