Mobile Home Park (MHP) Property Management Team - Team of Office Manager and Handyman - Plattsburgh, NY

We are looking for a self motivated and experienced team of manager and handy man to live on site and oversee a 100 space/lot mobile home park with 34 park owned homes.

Applicants should have a strong property management background (at least 5 years) with expert knowledge in rentals, leases, collections, maintenance, mailing notices, tenant relationship management and other related responsibilities in the management of mobile home parks and/or apartments.

Applicants must also:
Have a vaild drivers license with a good record
Be able to pass credit and criminal history checks
Have general computer skills (ms word, excel, email, rentmanager, etc...)

Have people skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and city officials

Have the ability to perform handyman work. Such as, carpentry, general plumbing, flooring, etc.
Have excellent organizational skills
Compensation includes salary and discounted rent. Company phone after 90 days.

The park location is one hour south of Montreal, NY and 45 minutes west of Burlington, VT and the town is a pleasure to be part of.
