In residence managers with the following responsibilities:

Full maintenance John Deere tractor, riding lawnmower.

Full service shop maintenance

Fencing

Road maintenance

Water wells and cattle, tub maintenance

Herbicide application

Groundskeeping

Cleaning and maintaining headquarters residence

Heating and  AC maintenance.

Pond and stream maintenance.

Must be 24/7 Available.

No cattle responsibility, occasionally help with Cattle

Support:

30 K with health insurance.

600/Mo  Pickup allowance

Four bedroom, two bath, double wide with covered porch.
