Our Park is set in the rolling aspen-forested hills of Southern Alberta close to the banks of the beautiful Red Deer River. With 333 condo lots, 50 short-stay and 10 seasonal spaces, the management team requires an array of diverse experience and skills.

Major responsibilities include: Customer Service - ensuring that all owners, renters and guest have the best possible experience. Managing the annual operations - the management team is responsible for all aspects of park operations (both in season and off season) but not limited to: -Public and government relations, -Personal Management - hiring, supervision and administration of all seasonal and on-call staff -Park Infrastructure - water, sewer, power, TV, Wi-fi -Financial accounts: responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the corporation - budget, payroll and use of data base systems -Maintenance of common property, buildings, roads and equipment -Ensuring the security, amenities and natural beauty is maintained -Direct contact and response to owners concerns and suggestions -Administration of park By-laws, policies and rules and regulations.
We would consider a couple who have proven leadership qualities with experience in supervision, condominium or property management and/or hospitality industry. Candidates for the position should have knowledge of accounting and computers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. The management team reports to an elected Board representing the owners of the Condominium Corporation.
