Full-Time Onsite Management Team wanted for Self Storage Facility - Roseburg, OR

Self storage facility in Roseburg has an on site management team position open. We are looking for a couple or domestic partnership team that will create a clean, customer friendly and inviting environment to both existing and future customers. We are seeking applicants that are reliable with integrity, a positive attitude, who can perform well in a team environment and take pride in their work. The position is a full-time position for both individuals. Management team is required to live on site in the apartment provided by the company.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Providing good customer service via phone, email, text and in person.
• Welcome customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner and exceed their expectations by providing them with a positive experience through friendly interaction and knowledgeable guidance.
• Ability to process office paperwork accurately, organized and in a timely manner with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Continue to expand customer base by direct and in-direct marketing, attending and hosting events, community involvement opportunities and Chamber meetings.
• Maintain a clean facility; inside the office and throughout the facility, including both interior buildings, exterior property grounds and keeping the storage inventory clean and ready to show ensuring a great customer experience.

Day to Day:
• Manage and balance daily cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits.
• Workday consists of both customer service and property upkeep.
• Contact customers regarding their account, collections and other items.
• Provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries.
• Clean space(s) as vacated, hallways, and grounds. Clean office and restroom daily.
• Perform daily manager tasks and duties, unit inventory and facility rounds; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are secure and/or ready to rent.

Qualifications:
* Friendly customer service experience.
* Energetic, outgoing, personable.
* Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep.
* Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required for both managers.
* Must be available to work weekends when needed.
* Successful candidates must pass a pre-hire background screening which includes a criminal, DMV, drug test and job physical.

Compensation: Annual salary $30,000 + monthly performance bonus after 90-days.

Each employee is expected to work 40-hours/week. Annual salary is per individual.
