FEATURED JOB OPENING: Superstar Manager/Maintenance Couple for New Mexico RV/MH Park - Roswell, NM

On-site (or local) park manager/maintenance head for RV and mobile home park in Roswell, New Mexico.  

Positions ideal for a couple management team experienced in running a mobile home and/or RV park, or has other property management experience.  

Office Manager Duties:

Have strong people skills, be a good communicator.

Handle RV park reservations, great guests, process payments.  

Collect mobile home rents.

Ensure property is maintained by managing outside maintenance contractors.  

An entrepreneurial mindset-run it as if it were your own.

Personable, engaging, dedicated to customer service.  

Respond to guest/tenant needs in a timely and professional manner.

Enforce park rules.

Reasonable computer proficiency.  Be able to process payments, work in Google Suite.

Able to train and supervise additional staff.

Attention to detail.

Experience in bookkeeping, maintaining spreadsheets, financial documents.  

Maintenace Manager Duties:

Able to clean and maintain property (leaf blowing, minor electrical/plumbing/irrigation repair, mowing, etc).  

Oversee contractors, have general handyman background.

Compensation:

Up to $50,000 in cash compensation and discetionary bonuses.  

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

US citizen

Previous RV and/or mobile home park experience, or property management experience.  

Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.

Previous sales or leasing experience preferred.

Basic accounting and computer knowledge (email, Google Drive, etc).
