Introduction:The Sunridge Ranch Community is seeking a responsible, caring, married couple to become our Secondary “Relief” House Parents. The care philosophy of Sunridge Ranch emphasizes encouragement and positive reinforcement with respect for each resident. We strive to integrate the daily opportunities that a typical person might experience and the additional support our residents require into a unifying whole, so that life is truly as rich and fulfilling as possible. The Sunridge Ranch Community currently consists of two homes, each with four residents, with a third home to open soon. Our Secondary “Relief” House Parents are responsible for overseeing the residents’ established daily routines while caring for the residents one week at each home.

A third home will be opening in the next 3 - 9 months which will see this position changing to three weeks on-duty and one week off-duty each month.

Currently with two houses, this equates to approximately $40,000.00 per year per couple. Once the third house opens, this will add an additional $20,000.00 of income per couple per year. PTO is accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Separate private housing, with utilities, is included for use during time off. This housing, just like all Sunridge Community properties, buildings, and vehicles, is non-smoking and pet free.

Work Schedule:Starting - Two weeks on and two weeks off supporting two (2) homes. Duty-free time off each weekday while the residents are in the community. Eventually - Three weeks on and one week off supporting three (3) homes.
